Complete Ebonheart 1-50 Power Leveling Guide

Complete level 1-50 grinding guide

Helpful tips before you start:

  • You get more exp while grinding as a duo, rather than alone
  • AoE is required to get the most out of grinding
  • The amount of exp you get is based on the mob’s level
  • You only gain full exp from mobs that are above/below you by 5 levels, you may also miss a lot more hits

Stonefalls: Level 1  – 16

Complete the quest from Holgunn at zone one.

Go to the dungeon at zone two. There is also a skyshard located here.

Take the quest at zone three. Complete it and the dungeon. This should give you enough exp to get to level 6, or at least close to it.

Grind at zone four until you reach level 16.

Deshaan: Level 16-23

Grind at zone one until level 23.

Zone two is an alternate option if it’s too crowded. You can also stay here until level 28 but only as a back-up if the next area is also too crowded.

Shadowfen: Level 23-34

Grind at zone one until level 32 all though you can leave at level 28 if you get bored and move to zone 2. You can grind here until 34. It is highly recommended to move to this zone at level 28 because it gives the best exp, however it may be a little crowded.

The Rift: Level 34-47

the rift

Zone one from level 34 to 36.

Once you’ve hit level 36 move to zone two, if there are too many people you can tag the mobs as there is a high respawn rate.

Cold harbor: Level 47 – 50

Cold harbor

We found two spots that are amazing. I personally like Cliffs of Failure (zone two) the most as it’s a bit more hidden and not as heavily farmed.

Zone one is enter-able by the black forge entrance and the mobs you farm are in the first room.
Zone two is enter-able through a portal once inside the cliffs of failure take the second bridge leading up on the right.

  4. If you want to level as fast as possible,

    1. do the holgunn quest,
    2. make yourself exploration armor and explore all of stonefalls and deshaan up until mourhold
    3. go to zone 4 in stonefalls amd kill crabs til level 10
    4. grab a friend and go to cracked wood cave in one of the empty non-vet cyrodiil campaign, group as many enemies as you can in each room/hall and aoe them down
    5. stay there until 50, if you pop an xp potion or buy a scroll each time you farm you will get to 50 in somewhere in the 20-25 hour range
    6. This guide is laughable, the only good zone is zone 2 in the rift and its camped always

    1. Completely wrong started my 4th character on PS4 and this method is quicker than cracked wood cave. Only thing quicker than this was the Fungal Grotto/Wayrest Sewers Grind but it has been patched. RIP GRIND! On this Grind I pop a 2 hour xp scroll and that does me for one whole area. So in total it’s about 10 hours actual grinding to get to Vet 1.

    2. Maybe in the past before IC and Orsinium it was camped. It’s not anymore. Cracked wood is great if you’re not camped by opposing alliances. This guide isn’t laughable, it’s still decent and stays true even now. I’ve lvled 2 toons using this guide up to now. Lvling a 3rd using this guide gotten to lvl38 half way to 39 in about 2 days since I take frequent breaks rather than doing it non-stop. Exploration gear and exploring the zones is cool too, but nowhere near as fast as what this guide entails. And once again Cracked Wood is great if not camped by opposing alliances or even by your own alliance. Don’t speak negatively about a guide just because you like an alternate way. It’s as you would put it “laughable” that you do speak negatively about it.

    1. I wouldn’t mind running some time.
I have a guild event tonight, and you are welcome to join us for that or you could even join the guy if you like. It is the Accursed Legion. You can find us on enjin.Com or the Facebook page. If you do sign up let them know that Optimusvoltra sent you.

  5. Awesome Grinding guide for Ebonheart pact, I used this on 2 characters now so far, and these spots are awesome, some more then others (both zones in The Rift are straight OP on XP/loot/money 😊

  6. may i copy this one to my blog? dont worry, i’ll post the credit that belongs to you bro 🙂 just want to share something useful hehe *I wont post without your permission*

    1. This guide is from near release of the game over a year ago. I would not repost it since the developers constantly try to eliminate grind spots which means it’s prolly next to useless.

      1. No this works very effectively still. The game developers would never take away from the mmorpg like that. There are multiple types of players, traders, grinders, players who prefer to quest. Why in the world would the devs take away that experience from their customers? They wouldn’t.
